ASA课程协调员



任职要求:

1. 硕士及以上学历(有海外留学经验者优先),教育类、师范类等相关专业为佳;

2. 具备2年以上国际学校工作经验优先;

3. 具备较强的人际交往、沟通和协作能力;

4. 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力,熟练使用英文作为工作语言。



工作职责:

1. 计划:充分考虑学生的兴趣、年龄组和发展需求,协助制定课后活动时间表。活动涵盖体育、工艺美术、音乐、戏剧、STEAM项目和学术支持。

2. 实施:安排必要的设备、材料和资源,与教师、工作人员和外部讲师进行协调,以有效地开展活动,确保活动的顺利执行。

3. 沟通:及时通知学生、家长和工作人员活动、时间表以及任何变化或更新,定期向家长提供关于孩子参与和进步的反馈。

4. 学生参与:激励学生积极参加活动,培养学生的兴趣和才能,创造一个和谐包容的环境。

5. 安全监督:执行安全协议、进行风险评估和监督活动以防止事故或伤害,确保学生在放学后的安全和健康。

6. 合作:与老师、家长和社区成员密切合作,为课后项目争取支持。与其他工作人员和学校管理人员合作,保持活动与学校的使命和目标一致。

7. 反馈:获取活动反馈,评估计划的有效性并提出改进方法。



Job Title: After-School Activities Coordinator (ASAC)



Reports To: School Director, Head of School

Works With: Heads of Division, Head of PE, Teachers, Outside Providers Position

Type: Whole-School, 50% Administrative, 50% Teaching

Language Requirements: Bilingual English / Chinese



Minimum Requirements:

· Master’s degree or above (overseas study experience is preferred), education, teacher training and other related majors are preferred

· More than 2 years of working experience in international schools are preferred

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities

· Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese



Job Responsibilities:

· Planning: You will help develop a schedule of after-school activities, taking into account the interests, age group, and developmental needs of the students. These activities can include sports, arts and crafts, music, drama, STEAM projects, and academic support.

· Implementation: Once the activities are planned, you will ensure their smooth execution. This involves coordinating with teachers, staff, and external instructors to deliver the activities effectively. You may need to arrange for necessary equipment, materials, and resources.

· Communication: You will need to inform students, parents, and staff about the activities, schedules, and any changes or updates. Regularly providing feedback to parents about their child's participation and progress is also important.

· Student Engagement: You aim to create an engaging and inclusive environment that encourages participation and active involvement from students. You will need to motivate and inspire them to take part in activities, fostering their interests and talents.

· Safety and Supervision: As the coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours. This includes implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and supervising activities to prevent accidents or injuries.

· Collaboration: You will work closely with teachers, parents, and community members to garner support for after-school programs. Collaborating with other staff members and school administrators is crucial to align the activities with the school's mission and goals.

· Feedback: You will get formal and informal feedback to help gauge the effectiveness of the programs and suggest ways for improvement.

IB Secondary中学阶段中方音乐教师

IB Secondary中学阶段中方语文教师



任职要求:

1. 硕士及以上学历(有海外留学经验者优先),教育类、学科类、师范类等相关专业为佳;

2. 具备中学(初中或高中)教师资格证;

3. 具备2年以上国际学校教学经验及有IB课程教学经验者优先;

4. 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力,熟练使用英文作为工作语言,有双语教学的能力;

5. 能以学生为中心,鼓励学生多提问、多思考;

6. 严格根据课程要求充分备课,根据教学计划完成课程各项教学任务,达成教学目标;

7. 善于组建丰富的教学内容,用恰当的方式实施教学和评估;

8. 积极参与听课、评课等与教师专业发展相关的项目与活动;

9. 具有良好的合作精神,在跨学科、跨部门合作中贡献自己的力量;

10. 积极参加学校组织的各类团建活动并积极为学校发展和学科发展提出建设性意见和建议;对学生学业水平和学习潜力进行阶段性评估。



Teaching subjects: Secondary Chinese, Secondary Music

Job Title: Chinese teacher of IB Secondary, Music teacher of IB Secondary



Job requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above (overseas study experience is preferred), education, subject, teacher training and other related majors are preferred;

2. Possess a secondary school (junior high school or high school) teacher qualification certificate;

3. More than 2 years of teaching experience in international schools and IB course teaching experience are preferred;

4. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, be proficient in using English as a working language, and have the ability to teach bilingually;

5. Can be student-centered and encourage students to ask more questions and think more;

6. Fully prepare lessons in strict accordance with the course requirements, complete the teaching tasks of the course according to the teaching plan, and achieve the teaching goals;

7. Good at organizing rich teaching content and implementing teaching and assessment in an appropriate way;

8. Actively participate in projects and activities related to teachers' professional development, such as listening to lectures and evaluating lectures;

9. Have a good spirit of cooperation and contribute to interdisciplinary and interdepartmental cooperation;

10. Actively participate in various team building activities organized by the school and actively put forward constructive opinions and suggestions for the development of the school and disciplines; conduct periodic assessments of students' academic level and learning potential.
